The manner alone in which Markus Kolzoff opens a meeting reveals his zest for life. Man, according to the French philosopher Anthelme Brilliat-Savarin, is the gourmand of Nature. The ability to derive enjoyment, one might say, teaches us sensitivity and respect towards the subtleties and complexities of the world – both the world of our clients as well as our own. Markus Kolzoff undoubtedly has this particular sensitivity, which he puts into practice with a lot of attention to detail for his clients and their individual concerns. His hobbies include photographing people and nature. He’s experimental in the kitchen and likes interesting audio books.
